1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the bj bajj platform and its users. "Platform" refers to the bj bajj website, mobile application and all services operated through them.

These terms are written in English and apply to Bangladeshi users. In the event of any conflict between language versions, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

By using any bj bajj service, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, the user is considered to have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

1.2 Language of Communication

All communication with bj bajj can be conducted in Bangla or English. 24-hour live chat and email support are available in both languages.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on bj bajj, users must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and have a mobile banking or bank account registered in their own name.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device or using the same payment method is prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.
• The account is for personal use only — it may not be used on behalf of another person or for any business purpose.

2.1 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their login details (username and password) secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the bj bajj support team immediately.

3 Account Verification

bj bajj reserves the right to verify every account. Identity verification may be requested before processing a withdrawal or for large bets.

3.1 Required Documents

One or more of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account used.
• A selfie or live face verification if required.

Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bj bajj currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• bj bajj reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if verification is not complete or if there is suspicious activity on the account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bj bajj offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

5.1 Bonus Example

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, total bets of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

Another example: a deposit of ৳30,200 earns a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳45,200. Wagering requirement: ৳15,000 × 15 = ৳2,25,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is not cash — it can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated betting will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
• bj bajj reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

bj bajj offers various betting and gaming services including slots, live casino, cricket and football. Each game or betting category may have its own additional rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• If a match or event is cancelled, bets placed on it will be refunded.
• If a game or bet is interrupted due to a technical issue, bj bajj will take appropriate action after investigation.
• bj bajj reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds.

6.2 Maximum Payout

bj bajj sets a maximum payout limit for a single bet or game session. This limit may vary by game and can be changed at any time.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No result is predetermined. RTP information from game providers is available in the relevant game description.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bj bajj platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting bugs or errors in the system or software.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Opening an account with false information.
• Creating an account or using the site while under 21 years of age.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by bj bajj

bj bajj may suspend or permanently close any account for breaching these terms, suspected fraud or in the interest of account security. The user will be notified before closure where possible, but action may be taken without prior notice in cases of serious breach.

8.2 Closure by the User

Users may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any available balance at the time of closure (subject to wagering requirements) will be returned.

9 Privacy and Data Storage

• User data is not sold to third parties.
• Payment information is secured through SSL encryption.
• Data may be disclosed to authorities if required by law.

10 Responsible Gambling

bj bajj believes that gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income. The platform is for users aged 21 and above.
